Spargel - mal ein bisschen exotisch

Spargelzeit - jedes Jahr das Gleiche: Gegen Ende der Spargelzeit merke ich immer wieder, dass ich viel zu wenig von dem köstlichen und gesunden Gemüse genossen habe. Mir bleibt aufgrund des Caterings manchmal einfach zu wenig Zeit, abends oder am Wochenende noch für mich selbst zu kochen. Und mein Sohn (16) mag keinen Spargel. Doch eine Variante habe ich letztens ausprobiert: weißen Spargel imThermomix gegart, in Olivenöl und Butter geschwenkt. Dazu ein Wildkräuterpesto, Parmaschinken und mit der Gewürzmischung Dukkah bestreut, ein in 2013er Riesling aus dem Hause Peter Jakob Kühn dazu - Genuss pur!!!
Aber eins nach dem anderen. 
Kennt Ihr Dukkah? Das ist eine ägyptische Gewürzmischung mit Haselnüssen, Sesam, Koriander, Kreuzkümmel und Meersalz. Eigentlich zum Dippen mit Brot und Olivenöl. Macht sich aber auch hervorragend zu frischer Pasta mit Parmesan.  
120 g Sesamsamen
90 g Haselnüsse
